3. Returns and Exchanges for Personalised Items
Due to the unique nature of personalised products, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on these items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
4. Non-Returnable Personalised Items
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for personalised products if:

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
